30-Day Returns

We have a 30-day return policy β€” you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Items not eligible for return

  • Opened feeding sets, spoons, or pacifiers
  • Opened washcloths, towels, or laundered items
  • Personal-care items (nail trimmer pads, etc.)
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

How to start a return

Email us at hello@uselovy.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or wrong. Email us with a photo and your order number β€” we'll make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
