Orders & Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then shipped. Standard delivery to the US takes 8–15 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Yes! All orders over $35 ship free. Orders under $35 have a flat $4.99 shipping fee.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also visit our Track Your Order page anytime. Please allow 2–3 days after receiving your tracking number for updates to appear.
Contact us immediately at hello@uselovy.com and we'll do our best to update it before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee changes after processing has begun.
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at hello@uselovy.com and we'll make it right.
Products & Safety
Yes! All Use Lovy feeding products are made from food-grade silicone that is BPA-free, phthalate-free, and non-toxic. Our cotton products are OEKO-TEX certified, meaning they're free from harmful chemicals.
Most of our silicone feeding products are top-rack dishwasher safe. Cotton items (swaddles, towels, washcloths) are machine washable in cold water. Check each product page for specific care instructions.
Our products are designed for babies and toddlers from newborn to 4 years. Each product page lists the recommended age range. You can also browse by age using our collections: Newborn, Infant, Sitter, Toddler.
Disassemble the feeder, rinse under warm water, and wash with mild soap. It's also top-rack dishwasher safe. We recommend replacing the silicone pouch every 6 months for best results.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a return or exchange.
We're so sorry! Please email us at hello@uselovy.com with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Orders & Payments
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Absolutely. Our store uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. Your personal and payment information is always protected.
Contact us immediately at hello@uselovy.com. We can cancel orders that haven't been processed yet. Once an order is in processing, we're unable to cancel it.
