Where we ship

Use Lovy currently ships to the United States. We're working on expanding to more countries soon!

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking details once it's on its way.

Delivery time

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page. Please allow 2–3 business days after receiving your tracking number for updates to appear.

Customs & import duties

Use Lovy ships from international warehouses. For US orders, most shipments clear customs without additional charges. However, in rare cases, customs fees may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at hello@uselovy.com and we'll make it right. 💛

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@uselovy.com. We can only modify addresses before the order has been processed.
