Refund & Return Policy

At Use Lovy, we want every purchase to feel as good as the moment you receive it. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If your order isn't quite right, contact us and we'll take care of it — no stress, no hassle.

Email us at hello@uselovy.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1 business day with next steps.

Items must be unused and in original packaging
Items damaged on arrival are eligible for a free replacement — just send photos to hello@uselovy.com
Opened personal hygiene items (such as nail trimmers) are not eligible for return

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
