We want every Use Lovy order to arrive softly, safely, and with all the love we packed into it. Here's everything you need to know.

Where we ship
We currently ship across the United States.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1β3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, with tracking included.
Delivery time
Standard delivery: 8β15 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Shipping cost
Free on orders over $35. Flat $4.99 on orders under $35.
Tracking your order
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also track from our Track Your Order page.
Returns
Our promise
If your Use Lovy order isn't quite right, we want to make it right. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items.
Return eligibility
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- For hygiene reasons, opened feeding sets, washcloths, and personal-care items cannot be returned unless defective
How to start a return
Email us at hello@uselovy.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 1β2 business days.
Return shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except for damaged or defective items (we'll cover those, of course).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5β7 business days to the original payment method.
Damaged or wrong item?
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right immediately, no questions asked. π
